What are the Rules?
 
January 1, 2009: San Joaquin Valley Air Quality District and the South Coast Air Quality District have adopted the new proposed Suggested Control Measure(SCM) Limits .
 
2010-2011 (estimated): The Remaining 33 air districts in California have not yet adopted the proposed SCM Limits.
